Share folders locally

Resilio Sync is now able to synchronize files between folders connected to the same physical computer - local folders, folders located in USB Folders on Drive, Network Share. Available only with licensed version of Sync. Read more about syncing local folders here.

Provide a custom name for the sync share

While sync shares are named after the folder names on the drive, it can be difficult to tell them apart without looking at their paths. Starting with Resilio Sync v2.7, it is possible to change the share names to something more human-readable. IT only applies to the Sync UI and does not change the names of the folders on the drive. Force folder rescan

Resilio Sync relies on file system notifications about new or updated files. If you don't receive a notification, just press a button to force Sync to rescan the share and discover the files instantly. Read more about file discovery with Sync here.
